Matte Damon has confirmed that atomic number 2 didn't appear in The Bourne Conspiracy video game because IT wasn't quite an Myst-like plenty for him.

The worker appeared in the modish instalment of Tropic Ones where, between taking bites of unpleasantly spicy chicken wings, he fielded a question approximately his rumored reason for refusing to participate in 2008's The Bourne Conspiracy - a computer game settled on 2002's The Bourne Identity, which he starred in. That reason allegedly being it wasn't enough like Myst, the enigmatical puzzle adventure game.

"Yeah, wow, that's uh… No, I just didn't want to do just, like-minded, a first-person shooter," Damon explains with a voice still quavering from the needlessly hot hot sauce. "They offered me a bunch of money, merely it was like, if you butt arrive a trifle more - I don't know, like a little more thought had to offer into it? Like Myst, I love that game. So I was the likes of, 'you know, more than care Myst.' And they were equivalent, 'No more,' and they merely went and made it without Pine Tree State."

Our originative review for Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Cabal assessed it equally good-looking for but repetitive and "aggressively average." It's non a first-individual shooter - it has a ordinal-person perspective, and you practice a great deal of concealed around and punching people on top of the representative stop-and-pop cover-settled shooting you'd expect from a 2008 telecasting game - just I grow what Damon means. A Bourne game where you wander close to a weird island pull levers as you lento activate more and more pieces of your sleeper agent identity operator may have been more unforgettable.
